The new route 710 from Daxi to Yongning MRT station is an all-electric bus route that runs through Daxi Old Street, Chiding, Puding and goes directly to Yongning MRT station, with an average headway of 10-20 minutes during peak hours and 30-60 minutes during off-peak hours. Plus the existing Taipei Bus route 9103 from Daxi to Taipei, the route 710 is expected to effectively disperse tourist and commuter crowds.
Bus route 710 has 15 electric low-floor buses to arouse awareness of environmental protection as well as to improve the quality of accessible transport services. The exterior and interior of the buses are painted with Hello Kitty or Hummingmint characters, making the bus ride fun and pleasant!
