The scale of the event was larger than before, and it integrated the resources of numerous official departments in Taoyuan City. Department of Agriculture and Guanyin District promoted Guanyin Halloween Pumpkin Festival for visitors to plan a one-day trip: visit Guanyin in the daytime and go to the Halloween City at night.

Over 160 stands were set up at the bazaar. Being the largest Halloween bazaar in Taiwan, it provided a wide variety of food with interesting patterns and creative goods.
