2025 Taiwan Lantern Festival promoted by the four cities in northern Taiwan invites tourists to tour northern Taiwan in the daytime and admire the art of light at night.
Travel Themes and Activities
Taoyuan Pavilion recommends various tourist attractions with the concept of “the mascot of the lantern festival tour around Taoyuan with you.”
–Admire plum blossoms at Mt. Jiaoban Residence and soak in Luofu hot spring.
–Visit Daxi Old Street, Daping Red Bridge and learn about the history of Cihu.
–Visit Xinwu Stone Weirs and Guanxin Algal Reefs Ecosystem
–Experience exotic atmosphere and participate in DIY activities of making tea bags and painting lanterns at Zhong Zhen New Village and Matsu New Village. Participants who complete the missions of five stores and answer questions at the lantern festival can get a gift.
