Welcome to the 2025 Taiwan Lantern Festival in Taoyuan, experience the dazzling sea of lights and unique culture, and feel Taiwan's passion and creativity!
Arriving at Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), you are about to start a stunning journey full of surprises. Are you ready?
Step 1: Arrive at Taoyuan International Airport (TPE)
After arriving at the airport, follow the signs to Taoyuan Airport MRT. The MRT stations are in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, respectively, and the signs are clear and easy to find.
Step 2: Take Taoyuan Airport MRT.
(1) Go to Main Lantern Exhibition Area (A18 Taoyuan HSR Station)
Take the Taoyuan Airport MRT towards Zhongli Station and leave at A18 Station (HSR, Taoyuan). After exiting the station, follow the signs to the Main Lantern Exhibition Area.
(2) Go to Lights Playground (A19 Taoyuan Sports Park Station)
Take the Taoyuan Airport MRT and leave at A19 Station (Taoyuan Sports Park Station). After exiting the station, follow the signs to the Lantern Exhibition Area.

Purchase a Transportation Card💳
We suggest purchasing EasyCard or iPASS at Taoyuan MRT Station. Tourists can use these cards for convenient and fast public transportation, such as MRT and Taiwan Railway.
Tourism Service Center 👨
Tourists can visit the Tourism Service Center counter at the airport or Taoyuan MRT station to get maps and information about the Lantern Festival or seek language assistance.
Multilingual Services💭
The signs and announcements within the MRT station are available in Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean, and multilingual staff are also present at the Lantern Festival to assist.

Taxi 🚕
There is a taxi stand at the airport exit. Tourists can ask the driver to drive to the A18 or A19 MRT station and then walk to the Lantern Exhibition Area. The fare is about NTD 400-600.
